DELIVERY TIMES

Our shipping times may vary. Once your order is received, it usually takes 1-2 business days for it to be processed at the warehouse.

As soon as your package is ready to be shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can expect your package to arrive according to the following timeframes:

RETURNS

You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the items and within this time you can cancel your purchase without giving any reason.

Please note: a 100% refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original packaging and are unused. For used items, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund or the entire amount.

Returns of vouchers and e-vouchers are excluded.

There are no costs incurred for returns within Germany. You can request a return for Germany free of charge at the following link https://bismarckandco.de/apps/returns?locale=en.

Please note that the processing of your return can take up to 14 days. To ensure quicker processing times please enclose the completed return form.

Customers who want to return goods from outside of Germany must pay the return shipping costs and send the return to the following address:
